Welcome to Dola AI (“the App”), an AI-powered creativity application developed and operated by Appnovastudio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Dola AI lets you chat with specialized AI assistants, generate images with AI, and transform your photos into AI-generated videos.
By downloading, accessing, or using Dola AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
1.Basic Terms
- You must be at least 17 years old to use Dola AI. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
- You are responsible for your use of the App and for any content you submit to it, including chat messages, prompts, and uploaded photos.
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to engage in illegal activity, transmit malware or harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with or disrupt the service.
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
2.General Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any feature of it, at any time without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- The App’s AI features (chat responses, image generation, and video generation) are powered in part by third-party AI service providers. Your prompts and uploaded photos may be processed by these providers to generate your requested content. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
- You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the content you create with the App. However, you must ensure that you own or have the legal right to use any photo you upload for image or video generation.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.Prohibited Use
When using Dola AI — including the AI chat assistants, AI Image Generator, and AI Video Generator — you agree that you will NOT:
- Upload, generate, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful;
- Upload photos of any person without their consent, or use the App to create misleading or deceptive content of real people (including “deepfakes”) intended to deceive, defame, or harm;
- Generate or attempt to generate content that exploits or endangers minors in any way;
- Infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of others;
- Use the App to produce spam, misinformation, or content intended to deceive others;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, or misuse the AI models, APIs, or other proprietary systems used by the App;
- Use automated systems, scripts, or bots to access the App or circumvent usage limits, credits, or subscription requirements.
We reserve the right to remove content and terminate access for any user who violates these rules.
4.In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds
- Dola AI offers optional paid features, including auto-renewing subscriptions and credits, which are used to generate AI images and videos. All purchases are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
- Current prices, credit amounts, and subscription periods (e.g., weekly or yearly plans) are displayed in the App before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
- Credits are consumed when you use generation features. Credits may have expiration dates as specified at the time of purchase, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable.
- All payments and refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store’s terms. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- The App may also display third-party advertisements, including optional rewarded ads that grant free credits.
5.Intellectual Property
- All rights in the App — including its user interface design, code, branding, logos, AI assistant characters, and template library — belong to Appnovastudio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not use the Dola AI name, logo, or branding without our prior written permission.
- Subject to these Terms, you may use the images and videos you generate for your personal purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable law.
- If you voluntarily submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or obligation to compensate you.
6.Disclaimer of Warranties
- The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- Dola AI’s content is generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated output, including chat responses, images, or videos.
- Responses from AI assistants (including assistants related to food and calories, health, plants, finance, education, or translation) are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional, medical, nutritional, financial, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on AI-generated content.
- AI-generated images and videos may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unintended results. We are not liable for how generated content is used or interpreted.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appnovastudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
